By purchasing from Cinekicks.in, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All our products are custom-made and printed after an order is confirmed.

  • Refunds are not applicable except in cases of valid size issues.

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

    • Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer.

    • Minor print or color variations.

    • Pre-order cancellations or change of mind after ordering.

  • All refund or exchange requests are subject to review and approval by the Cinekicks team.

  • Any fraudulent or unreasonable claims will result in order cancellation or account restriction.

Cinekicks reserves the right to make final decisions on refund eligibility.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair use of our services.
Here’s how our refund and exchange process works:

a. Refunds (Only for Size Issues)

  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted only in case of genuine size mismatches.

  • To qualify:

    • You must raise a request within 3 days of receiving your order.

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required for verification.

If the request is approved, we offer:

  • A replacement in the correct size, or

  • A store credit (no cash refund).

b. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders placed under pre-orders, limited drops, or sale items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • Refunds are not issued for color tone or print variations, as each product is hand-printed and may vary slightly.

  • Orders cannot be refunded once printing or dispatch has begun.

c. Processing Time

  • Approved replacements or store credits are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back through the original payment method or via store credit.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

To keep things transparent and compliant, our refund policy includes these key points:

 

1. Return & Exchange Procedure

 

Customers must email or message our support team at support@cinekicks.in

with their order ID and issue details.

 

Once verified, our team will provide return instructions and pickup details (if applicable).

 

Returned items must meet the condition requirements mentioned above.

 

2. Pre-Order Policy

 

All pre-orders are made-to-order, meaning production begins after you place the order.

 

Cancellations or refunds are not permitted once production has started.

 

Estimated shipping times may vary; delays will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

 

In the rare case of damaged or misprinted items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

 

We will replace the defective product at no extra cost after verification.

 

4. Delivery Issues

 

Cinekicks is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

If your order is marked “Delivered” by the courier but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier service directly.

 

5. Policy Updates

 

Cinekicks reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date.
